What personal information does Fitness22 collect?
Nothing. None. Nada.
We do not collect any personal information. Nothing at all.
What general information does Fitness22 collect?
We do use leading grade analytics in order to analyze the usage of our apps. For example: which features people like more (or less) and to make sure that our apps are high grade and bug-free. Analytics provide us with collections of large scale information that helps us make better products.
How do we use the general information that we collect?
We only use the information through analytics to analyze app usage and to improve the apps by provided better features & content.
Sharing of your Personal Information
We don’t have your personal information in the first place, and even if we did collect it (which we don’t) we wouldn’t share it. We are against that.
Cookies and Other Tracking Devices
We might use analytics with our apps or website, which helps us optimize the experience for you (basically, to make our apps and website better). This means that a cookie will be stored on your computer – this is a small text file that stores non-personal information, and this helps us know large scale statistics such as how often people visit our site, how they use it, etc. We don’t know who the actual people are – just the trends of usage. Most browsers automatically accept cookies, but you can modify your browser settings to decline or delete cookies.

Fitness22 (“us”, “we”, or “our”) operates the Fitness22.com website and the Fitness22 suite of mobile applications (the “Service”).
This page informs you of our policies regarding the collection, use, and disclosure of personal data when you use our Service and the choices you have associated with that data.
Service means the Fitness22.com website and the Fitness22 Suite of Apps operated by Fitness22

Usage Data is data collected automatically either generated by the use of the Service or from the Service infrastructure itself (for example, the duration of a page visit).

- First name and last name (However, we do not store your name data on our servers anywhere. It is only stored in the app on your mobile device and not transferred to us)

We may also collect information that your browser sends whenever you visit our Service or when you access the Service by or through a mobile device (“Usage Data”).
This Usage Data may include information such as your computer’s Internet Protocol address (e.g. IP address), browser type, browser version, the pages of our Service that you visit, the time and date of your visit, the time spent on those pages, unique device identifiers and other diagnostic data.
When you access the Service by or through a mobile device, this Usage Data may include information such as the type of mobile device you use, your mobile device unique ID, the IP address of your mobile device, your mobile operating system, the type of mobile Internet browser you use, unique device identifiers and other diagnostic data.
We may use and store information about your location if you give us permission to do so (“Location Data”). We use this data to provide features of our Service, to improve and customize our Service.
You can enable or disable location services when you use our Service at any time, through your device settings.
Tracking & Cookies Data
Cookies are files with small amount of data which may include an anonymous unique identifier. Cookies are sent to your browser from a website and stored on your device. Tracking technologies also used are beacons, tags, and scripts to collect and track information and to improve and analyze our Service.
You can instruct your browser to refuse all cookies or to indicate when a cookie is being sent. However, if you do not accept cookies, you may not be able to use some portions of our Service.

Fitness22 uses the collected data for various purposes:
- To provide and maintain our Service
- To allow you to participate in interactive features of our Service when you choose to do so

- To gather analysis or valuable information so that we can improve our Service
- To monitor the usage of our Service
- To detect, prevent and address technical issues
We use Apple’s HealthKit framework, which provides a central repository for health and fitness and with the user’s explicit consent it lets apps communicate with the HealthKit store to access this data. We process the following Data, obtained through the HealthKit framework for the purposes described below and with explicit consent by the user: calculate calories, measuring distance, duration, and heart rate. New data attributes may be added to the HealthKit framework, which will be portrayed in the Product and which you have to consent to in order for us to use.
Fitness22 Does not keep or store this data, nor do we share or sell any user data at all, for any purpose. Fitness22 does not use any information gained through the HealthKit framework for advertising or similar services.
We use Google’s Fit SDK which is an open platform that lets users control their fitness data. We process the following Data, obtained through the Google Fit SDK, for the purposes described below and with explicit consent by the user: calculate calories, measure distance, duration, and heart rate. New data attributes may be added to the Google Fit framework, which will be portrayed in the Product and which you have to consent to.
Fitness22 Does not keep or store this data, nor do we share or sell any user data at all, for any purpose. Fitness22 does not use any information gained through the Google Fit framework for advertising or similar services.;
Legal Basis for Processing Personal Data Under General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR)
Fitness22 may process your Personal Data because:
- You have given us permission to do so
- The processing is in our legitimate interests, part of a product features, and it’s not overridden by your rights
- To comply with the law
Retention of Data
Fitness22 will also retain Usage Data for internal analysis purposes. Usage Data is generally retained for a shorter period of time, except when this data is used to strengthen the security or to improve the functionality of our Service, or we are legally obligated to retain this data for longer time periods.
Transfer Of Data
Information, including Data, may be transferred to — and maintained on — computers located outside of your state, province, country or other governmental jurisdiction where the data protection laws may differ than those from your jurisdiction.
If you are located outside Israel and choose to provide information to us, please note that we may transfer data to Israel and process it there.
Disclosure Of Data
If Fitness22 is involved in a merger, acquisition or asset sale, your Data may be transferred.
Fitness22 may disclose your Data in the good faith belief that such action is necessary to:
- To comply with a legal obligation
- To protect and defend the rights or property of Fitness22
- To prevent or investigate possible wrongdoing in connection with the Service

If you are a resident of the European Economic Area (EEA), you have certain data protection rights. Fitness22 aims to take reasonable steps to allow you to correct, amend, delete, or limit the use of your Personal Data.
If you wish to be informed if Personal Data about is held by us (which it is not) you and if you want it to be removed from our systems, please contact us.
