Lead Full Stack Developer

We’re looking for a Lead Full Stack Developer to lead the development of the core tools, infrastructure, and internal dashboards that power our iOS and Android fitness apps. This is a hands-on leadership role where you’ll build systems at scale while collaborating with top-tier engineers and product teams..

What You’ll Do:
  • Lead the design and implementation of full-stack features from concept to production.
  • Build and maintain internal platforms, dashboards, and services that directly support our mobile apps.
  • Set technical direction and drive architectural and technological research.
  • Ensure code quality, performance, and reliability through clean code and testing best practices.
  • Collaborate closely with mobile developers, designers, and backend engineers.
  • Promote engineering best practices (CI/CD, code reviews, clean architecture).
  • Mentor team members and contribute to a strong, collaborative engineering culture.
What You Bring:
  • 4+ years of experience as a Full Stack Developer with Node.js and React.
  • Proven backend experience (Node.js, API design, cloud services).
  • Strong frontend capabilities (React, component-based architecture, UI/UX sensibility).
  • Experience with relational and NoSQL databases.
  • Familiarity with AWS or other cloud platforms.
  • A detail-oriented mindset with a passion for building high-quality systems.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
Bonus Points:
  •  Experience supporting mobile platforms (iOS & Android) through backend systems or internal tooling.

Our Marketing team is growing and we are looking for an experienced User Acquisition Manager to join our team and help us make an impact within the company and on our users worldwide.

You will play an important role as part of our Marketing team, as you will be responsible for driving sustainable growth through a combination of creativity and data-driven decision making. You will work closely with the creative team to develop winning creatives while implementing innovative media buying strategies on various channels (Apple Search ads, Facebook, TikTok, Google ads) to optimize growth.

Responsibilities:
  • Grow, manage, and maximize ROI on paid marketing channels.
  • Optimize top of funnel conversions by A/B testing different strategies and creative types.
  • Identify, plan, and implement new growth marketing strategies.
  • Create insightful, data-driven decisions that drive overall ROAS growth.
  • Work closely with the Content and Design teams to provide winning creatives.
  • Identify relevant trends and marketing opportunities by thinking “out of the box” and bringing new ideas to the table.
Requirements (ALL ARE MUST):

  • Experience in managing $200k+ budget performance campaigns on Facebook/TikTok.
