Growth Marketing Manager

Our Marketing team is growing and we are looking for an experienced Growth Marketing Manager to help build the most optimized user journey to ensure that all our users understand the value of the product, actively use it, and turn into loyal customers.

You will play a critical role in the company’s growth by developing and executing marketing strategies that drive tangible results by optimizing pricing and paywalls, launching campaigns to increase activation, and leading our CRO efforts on all platforms. Through a combination of creativity and data-driven decision-making, you will contribute to sustainable growth, while adapting to evolving market dynamics.

What You'll Be Doing:
  • Leading creative and innovative marketing strategies that increase user activation and revenue by prioritizing and implementing changes throughout the product.
  • Monitor CRO activities to generate insightful, data-driven decisions that drive overall revenue growth.
  • Manage and optimize business and pricing models to increase revenue.
  • Develop and execute A/B tests and multivariate experiments through a deep understanding of the user behavior within the product.
  • Prepare and optimize messaging throughout the app to support CRO efforts.
  • Develop, manage, and execute go-to-market strategies in collaboration with product and design teams to launch new features.
Must Have:
  • At least 3 years of proven experience in growth marketing or product monetization, with a focus on conversion rate optimization in B2C companies.
  • A unique creative and marketing sense, with the ability to create a marketing strategy and an innovative vision that will lead to success.
  • An open-minded problem solver who will provide modern and innovative solutions to challenging problems.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify opportunities, draw meaningful conclusions, and build impactful execution strategies.
  • Excellent interpersonal and project management skills with a positive “can-do” attitude.
  • Fluent English verbal and written communication skills.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a relevant field.
